I want to delete my account

Open the app, go to Settings > Delete Account and confirm. Your account and all your data are deleted at once. You do not need to email us.

I want to stop AI features

Go to Settings > AI Features and turn it off. Nothing more is sent to OpenAI. To disconnect an AI app such as Claude, remove the connection in that app, or email us and we will cut its access.
